INTRODUCTION

I find this quote interesting because I was incarcerated after writing and publishing an article, a Mobbing Research article that involves rage shootings and their cause. STEREOTYPES
The Cause of Rage Shootings a "deranged person" or "mental illness"
The cause of another rage shooting has been said to be "a deranged person" or "mental illness" again. Why does the news not say that the cause of the rage shooting was "an enraged person", people might ask "why was he enraged?"?. "A deranged person" seems to be often used as an explanation when it really isn't one. The term "deranged person", a stereotype, is used as an explanation on the news for rampages and rage shootings, and several years later the cause is said to be bullying, mobbing, workplace psychological harassment, or some other cause but these conclusions are not in the media's spot light.
The Loner Profile "he was a loner .. etc."
In Canada the secret police or mob systematically isolate a targeted victim, the same way they systematically eliminate their means of subsistence and exhaust their finances. The pattern is hiding the cause of rage shootings through stereotypes, why?

HIDDEN CAUSES
The main hidden causes of rage shootings are linked to repression, repressing targeted citizens through poverty, bankruptcy, financial loss, the loss of employment, eliminating a person's means of subsistence, and repressing people through homelessness.
Homelessness is used to circumvent the rights and freedoms modern wealthy countries claim their citizens have, their charter of rights and freedoms that prevent "oppressive laws". It is used to make convictions easier, reduce the defendant's ability to defend themselves, control the defense of a defendant through participants, to prevent lawsuits, to prevent the exposure of human rights violations, .. , coercion, and subjugation.
Criminal Harassment participants and networks are using abuse or inflicting damages that they then use in provocation as the video illustrates. R Repetitive Humiliation
The Columbine massacre is said to be linked to repetitive humiliation and bullying. In Seung-Hui Cho of Virginia Tech it seems to be linked to bullying and humiliation linked to his difficulty with the English language.
Theory: Repetitive humiliation is linked to rejection and pain, Abuse, pain, torture, these can create hate, hate or hating people back needs to be justified psychologically and I believe that hating people back by victims of bullying and repetitive humiliation is not only justified by these, they create more justification for hating back the tormentors or are led to other ideas to deceive or hide the cause of their actions by those involved in mobbing. In Seung-Hui Cho of Virginia Tech it seems to have been hating rich kids and the Christian religion. In Marc Lepine of Montreal Polytechnique, was it hating women and feminists?

Rejection registers as pain in the brain, it hurts, and repetitive humiliation can be linked to rejection, pain, pain that creates hate. Abuse, torture, mobbing, bullying, repetitive rejection, repetitive humiliation, these can create hate.
ORGANIZED CRIME STRATEGY AND MENTAL ILLNESS, STEREOTYPES AND DISCRIMINATION (ABUSE)
Non-criminal responsibility before trial in CDN CC 672.12 (1)(3) violates Right to Trial when successful, a human rights violation, which means you are found guilty without a trial, charter violations such as entering your home without a warrant, seizing private computers without a warrant, are all dismissed automatically and the "unlawful" seizure is now legal too. BROKEN JUDICIAL SYSTEM THROUGH ORGANIZED CRIME
When the criminal code contains laws that violate the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, or human rights violations, these are addressed through the court system. When organized crime is used to prevent a citizen from doing so this results in a broken judicial system, and criminal code laws that can still contain basic human rights violations such as the right to a trial (672.12(1)(3)) in 2012-2013.

One psychological manipulation that criminal harassment participants try to do is to try to lead the targeted citizen to believe that if they act aggressive the participants will be fearful, which is combined with the criminal harassment networks routine of attempting to induce fear and interpret voice fluctuations as fear, and linked to manipulating the targeted citizen into reacting to this through aggressiveness and their own attempts to induce fear in return. It is a psychological manipulation and attempt at conditioning towards an aggressive response or retaliation from threats, which is supposed to eventually lead to more aggressive behavior and uttering threats, and the crime of uttering threats is linked to the smear campaign strategy.

One strategy of workplace psychological harassment is to engage in this behavior and emotional abuse in attempts to destabilize an employee so that they lash-out in anger only to look deranged and aggressive, through violence, uttering threats, sabotage, etc., to get rid of them. The strategy of criminal harassment networks are very similar but instead of an employer being the "workplace police" and getting rid of the employee the city police are the ones who file criminal allegations towards the victim of criminal harassment. These criminal harassment networks use criminal harassment and psychological manipulation in attempts to use the criminal allegation charge of uttering threats for any targeted citizen that lashes out in this way or is manipulated towards this behavior, similar to the workplace psychological harassment strategy. The President's Plan to Reduce Gun Violence
President Obama has announced his plan to better protect our children and our communities by reducing gun violence in America.
Most gun owners use their guns legally and responsibly, and the President strongly believes in an individual right to bear arms, but we need to take action to better protect our children and communities from tragic mass shootings like the one in Newtown, Connecticut.
It's up to each of us to speak out and show legislators that now is the time. It won't be easy, but if we can save even one life, it'll be worth it.
