| comments: I have been trying to find info on psychological |
| harrassment for my daughter who is harrassed by her father and step-mother because they do not want to pay for college support. Tried to get a restraining order but was told it is freedom of speech. They drive past out house and yell bitch, write letters to public officials and use legal action as a harrassment tool. There is no help for people like us. The police dont care and the courts dont care. |
