Issues Linked to Visibility

Tracking and Documentation Issues Linked to visibility

One issue or problem is that the victims of these usually end up at the psychiatric ward where they are treated for depressions, burnouts, or other related issues.

They are treated for illness and the medical professionals there are not there to conduct workplace related psychological harassment or criminal harassment investigations.

Another issue or problem is the tracking and documentation of these victims.

Many victims suffer from burnouts or depression, but the tracking and documentation is not there and the reason or justification is because health care is confidential, a justification that hides or prevents better tracking of this issue or type of crime.

Employer Related Medical Representative and Lawsuits

In some cases, there seems to be a quick process or systems of processing victims through medical related professionals referred to by employers to immediately try to reduce the credibility of victims or attack their psychological integrity linked to mental illness or a diagnosis of mentally illness, which can be linked to efforts to prevent lawsuits.

Crime and Interest

Organized crime has an interest in suppressing workplace psychological harassment and criminal harassment related information.

Request to Acknowledge Potential and Possibility

I would like government and police organizations to recognize this possibility or the potential to harm a person through microwave (radar, x-ray) such as portable x-ray units linked to cell damage, cancer, and the difficulty to prosecute perpetrators for a form of physical damage or assassination through cancer and the potential to use microwave (radar) or police crowd dispersal microwave technologies for criminal harassment.

Participants and Interest

People or participants that have an interest in hiding this type of crime use rhetoric to dismiss anything related to workplace psychological harassment or criminal harassment as people with mental illness?

Descriptions or Criteria of Workplace Psychological Harassment

http://www.cnt.gouv.qc.ca/en/in-case-of/psychological-harassment-at-work/index.html#c8507

Criteria

To establish that the case actually involves psychological harassment, it is necessary to prove the presence of all of the elements of the definition:

Vexatious behaviour

This behaviour is humiliating, offensive or abusive for the person on the receiving end. It injures the person’s self-esteem and causes him anguish. It exceeds what a reasonable person considers appropriate within the context of his work.

Repetitive in nature

Considered on its own, a verbal comment, a gesture or a behaviour may seem innocent. It is the accumulation or all of these behaviours which may become harassment.

Verbal comments, gestures or behaviours that are hostile or unwanted

The comments, gestures or behaviours in question must be considered hostile or unwanted. If they are sexual in nature, they could be considered harassment even if the victim did not clearly express his refusal.

Affect the person's dignity or integrity

Psychological harassment makes the work environment harmful for the victim. The harassed person may, for example, be isolated from his colleagues due to the hostile verbal comments, gestures or behaviours towards him or concerning him.
